ÇOCUK İŞÇİ VE İYİLEŞTİRME POLİTİKASI
1. AMAÇ /PURPOSE
Bu politikanın amacı, İşyerinde bulunan personellerimizin hepsi en az 18 yaşı tamamlamış bireyler olmalıdır.
Çocuk ve/veya genç işçinin çalışmasına uygunluk sağlanmamaktadır.Uyumsuzluk gerekçesiyle çocukların
iyileştirilmesi konusuna bu şirket adına değinilemez.
The purpose of this policy: All of our employees at the workplace must be individuals who have completed at
least 18 years of age. Eligibility for the work of a child and/or young worker is not provided. The issue of child
improvement cannot be addressed on behalf of this company on the grounds of non-compliance.
2. UYGULAMA / APPLICATION
2.1. Üretimin herhangi bir alanında ve/veya kademesinde çocuk işçi çalışmamaktadır. Buna bağlı olarak
aşağıdaki konular titizlikle dikkate alınmakta ve taahhüt edilmek:

2.1.1. EĞİTİM / EDUCATION
2.1.1.1. Eğitimin öncelliği temennimiz ile hiçbir çocuk ve/veya genç işçiyi iş sürecimize dâhil etmeyiz.
We do not include any children and/or young workers in our business process with our wish for
the priority of education.
2.1.1.2. Personellerin eğitim ve gelişimini amaç edinen bir şirket olarak çocukların ve/veya gençlerin
ilkokul ve eğitim sürecini önlemek söz konusu değildir.
As a company that aims at the training and development of personnel, it is not possible to
prevent the primary school and educational process of children and/or young people.
2.1.1.3. Çocuk ve/veya genç işçilerin maddi ve manevi haklarını ihlal edecek hiçbir koşul yoktur.
There are no conditions that would violate the material and moral rights of children and/or young
workers.
2.1.2. FİNANS / FINANCE
2.1.2.1. Yasal olarak çocuk sayılmayacak yaşa gelen gençlere ve/veya çocuklara finansal destek olma
eğilimi bulunmamaktadır.
There is no tendency to provide financial support to young people and/or children who are not
legally considered children.
2.1.2.2. Şirket yönetmelikleri gereğince çocuk ve/veya genç işçilerin çalışma gücünden maddi ve/veya
manevi menfaat sağlanmamaktadır.
According to the company regulations, there is no material and/or moral benefit from the
working power of children and/or young workers.
2.1.3. FİZİKSEL VE ZİHİNSEL GELİŞİM
2.1.3.1. Çocukların ve/veya gençlerin fiziksel ve zihinsel gelişimlerini etkileme olasılığı göz önünde
bulundurarak çocuklar ve 18 yaş altı gençler herhangi bir işe dâhil edilmemektedir.
It is not included in any study taking into account the possibility of affecting the physical and
mental development of children and / or young people.
